Shipping policy

Orders are delivered via the OMNIVA courier service. The costs of the delivery service are displayed during the order placement process.

• Orders can be received at an OMNIVA parcel locker. Delivery to parcel lockers is completed within 2-5 business days following the receipt and processing of the order. Exceptions include delivery delays, which are communicated to the customer on the service provider OMNIVA’s website.
• In-person order pickup is currently NOT AVAILABLE.
